In response to the Lady Gaga video, I agree that her message is clear: just have sex. I don’t see what’s wrong with that, especially in today’s pop culture. Many artists create songs for pure entertainment value which contain various topics, including sex, money, drugs, and violence. Among these artists are Akon, Plies, Three 6 Mafia, and 50 Cent. The “all-seeing eye,” as it is shown in the video, appears to be an evil symbol when in fact, it is printed on the back the dollar bill as an expression of freemasonry (Click here to read more). There is no reason to say that there are subliminal messages hidden within the content of the song.
Now I want to talk about mind control through media. When you turn on the news you have a few minutes of crime, sports, misc. talk, political debates, and a look at the weather which is usually wrong. The stories focus on the exploitation of violence in order to keep us in a constant state of fear. In addition, network programming, whether it’s the news or drama, is falsely creating our world. The media has created a society that could only exist if we give in to their interests. We live in a world where the populations believe the official version of the event. It's a world where Hollywood can make you believe anything. Here's a video I found, which is part of an interview with Steven Jacobson explaining how mass media manipulates our thoughts.
